韦衮政教授用“清补”法治疗癌性发热经验

摘　　要：癌性发热是指直接与肿瘤相关的非感染性发热。韦衮政教授认为癌性发热多以脏腑虚损,"虚""郁"相合,内外合邪为主要病机,且易兼夹情志为患。治疗上在注重清热祛邪的同时,还应不忘七情郁火、四时之气及脏腑阴阳气血的盈亏盛衰,注重彼此的互化影响,注意清补结合,虚实合参,疗效颇佳。笔者就肝癌发热为例,将其经验阐述如下。Carcinogenic fever refers to non-infectious fever that is directly related to the tumor.Professor Wei Gunzheng believes that cancerous fever is mostly caused by viscera,“virtual”and“depression”,and internal and external evil spirits are the main causes of the disease,and it is easy to combine with emotional problems.In the treatment,while paying attention to the heat and driving away evil spirits,we should also not forget the ups and downs of the seven emotions,stagnated fire,the characteristics of the four seasons,and the yin and yang of the viscera.We should pay attention to the mutual interaction,pay attention to the combination of clearing and making up,and deficiency and excess,and the efficacy is quite good.The author takes liver cancer fever as an example,expounds the experience as follows.
