热敏灸治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床疗效的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的:评价热敏灸治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床治疗有效性和分析。方法:计算机检索PubMed(1966/2017)、Cochrane library(1993/2017)、维普数据库VIP(1989/2017)、万方数据库Wanfang(1990/2017)、中国知网CNKI(1979/2017)、中国生物医学数据库CBM(1978/2017),纳入热敏灸治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的随机和半随机对照临床试验。由两名研究员按照Cochrane Handbook 5.1系统评价手册的标准对纳入试验的数据进行单独提取,而后相互核对探讨,使用RevMan5.3软件进行系统分析。结果:9个临床随机对照试验被纳入,共657例椎动脉型颈椎病患者。Meta分析显示:热敏灸疗法治疗CSA的近期总有效率、远期总有效率和治愈率均高于其对照疗法。结论:椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效,热敏灸疗法优于其他疗法。然纳入文献量少且质量不算高,仍需方法科学的大样本、多中心、高质量的热敏灸治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床随机对照试验来进行进一步的验证。Objective:To evaluate the clinical effectiveness and analysis of heat-sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis.Methods:PubMed(1966/2017),Cochrane library(1993/2017),VIP database(1989/2017),Wanfang database(1990/2017),CNKI(1979/2017),China BioThemedical database CBM(1978/2017)were searched and the randomized and quasi-randomized controlled clinical trials of heat sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis were included.The data from the included trials were extracted separately by two researchers according to the criteria of the Cochrane Handbook 5.1 Systematic Review Manual and then checked against each other for systematic analysis using RevMan 5.3 software.Results:Nine clinical randomized controlled trials were included.A total of 657 patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis were included.Meta analysis showed that the total effective rate,long-term total effective rate and cure rate of heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy for CSA were higher than those of the control therapy.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy is superior to other therapies in treating vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis.However,the amount of included literature is limited and the quality is not high,a large sample,multi-center,high-quality heat-sensitive moxibustion for the treatment of cervical spondylosis of the vertebral artery type is still needed for further verification.
