摘  要:分析了我国新能源消纳存在的主要问题,在常规机组组合(UC)模型基础上,引入基于价格的需求侧资源(DRRP)和输电容量约束,构建了需求侧响应及输电约束条件下的大规模新能源发电并网机组组合模型。考虑多种类发电资源,以三节点系统进行模拟,对比分析了有无DRRP和输电容量约束条件下的机组组合方案。模拟结果表明,引入DRRP能够优化UC方案,结合用户对实时价格信息的反应,提高输电容量利用效率。The paper analyzes the main problems of new energy consumption in China.On the basis of conventional unit commitment(UC)model,the demand response resources based on price(DRRP)and transmission capacity constraints are introduced to construct the unit commitment model of large scale new energy generation integrated into grid.Considering a variety of generation resources,a threenode system is simulated,and the UC schemes with or without the DRRP and transmission capacity constraints are compared and analyzed.The simulation results show that the introduction of the DRRP can optimize the UC scheme and improve the utilization efficiency of transmission capacity combined with the response of users to real-time price information.
