摘  要:电解电容作为滤波电容,广泛应用于开关电源模块中,但其性能衰退一直是开关电源模块失效的主要原因。针对Buck型开关电源模块输出电解电容的性能变化,选取等效串联电阻(ESR)与电容量作为监测目标,提出了基于触发模式的输出电容ESR与电容量在线监测方法。该方法采用开关信号的上升与下降沿作为触发信号,利用输出电压采样,实现了串联电阻的计算,并通过试验系统验证了方法的有效性。提出的方法避免了对电感电流的测量,简化了触发电路结构,且不改变开关电源模块拓扑,提高了该方案应用的便捷性。Electrolytic capacitor as filter capacitor is widely used in switching power module,but it has higher failure rate than other components.In order to monitor the status of the electrolytic capacitor,the equivalent series resistance(ESR)is selected as monitoring target.This paper presents an online monitor method for buck converter output capacitor’s ESR and capacity value,by sampling output voltage at falling edges and rising edges of switching signal.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by the experimental system.The proposed method avoids measuring inductor current that simplifies the trigger circuit structure and keeps the topology of the switching power supply module,which facilitates a wide range of applications.
