摘　　要：试验根据麻醉药品药理作用和理化性质进行理论选择、将麻醉剂、镇痛剂、镇静剂、肌松剂及其他麻醉辅助药品经过预试验、正交试验、正交决定性验证试验、梅花鹿麻醉效果检验和合剂的急性毒性试验,最终筛选出梅花鹿用隆朋复合麻醉剂的最佳比例组合。According to the pharmacological effects and physical and chemical properties of narcotic drugs,the experiments were conducted to select the theory,and the anesthetic drugs,sedatives,analgesics,muscle relaxants and other anesthetic auxiliary drugs were pretested,orthogonal test,orthogonal decisive verification test,sika deer anesthetic effect test and acute toxicity test of mixture,Select the final best combination formula.
