摘　　要：基于医院的卫生技术评估是卫生技术评估的新领域,在医院医疗技术的应用、成本控制、提升医疗质量和保障医疗安全等方面均具有较高价值。我国医院卫生技术评估的实践尚处于起步阶段,在具体的开展中存在着诸如技术限制、流程缺乏、方法学不足和医院管理者不重视等多重问题。对我国医院卫生技术评估的现状及困难进行深入剖析,有利于对我国医院卫生技术评估的发展提出有针对性的、适宜我国国情的建议。Hospital-based health technology assessment is a new field of health technology assessment,with high value in hospital medical technology application,cost control,improving medical quality and medical safety.The practice of hospital health technology assessment in China is still in its infancy.In the specific development,there are many problems such as technical limitations,lack of procedures,lack of methodologies and lack of attention of managers.Indepth analysis of the status quo and difficulties of hospital health technology assessment in China is conducive to suggesting targeted and appropriate national conditions for the development of hospital health technology assessment in China.
