摘　　要：医疗技术与医疗安全和质量直接相关,医疗技术管理是医院医疗管理的核心。基于全国8个省份30所三级公立医院院长访谈资料,采用Colaizzi 7步分析法,总结出影响医疗技术准入的5项基本要素,并对每个要素下的内容进行归类整理,分析其促进、阻碍因素,以期对我国医院医疗新技术准入管理以及相关制度政策的制定提供科学决策依据。As one of the medical service elements,medical technology is directly related to medical quality and medical safety.Medical technology management is the core of hospital medical management.The chiefs of 30 public hospitals in 8 provinces across China is reviewed,and through Colaizzi 7-step analysis method,five basic factors affecting the medical technology access in China’s tertiary public hospitals are summarized,and then the facilitating factors and obstacles for every factor are analyzed to provide scientific decision-making basis for the establishment of new medical technology access management and related institutional policies in China.
