摘　　要：在我国卫生领域推进"放管服"改革背景下,医院在卫生技术决策和管理中的作用得到增强。医院卫生技术评估是专门根据医院情况开展卫生技术评估,以支持医院内卫生技术决策的方法学工具。国际上的医院卫生技术评估活动呈增长态势,通过对加拿大、法国、新加坡和阿根廷的研究,总结成功开展医院卫生技术评估的经验,并提出我国医院管理中开展卫生技术评估的路径和策略。Under the background of promoting decentralization reform in the field of health in China,the role of hospitals in decision-making and management of health technology has been strengthened.Hospital-based Health Technology Assessment(HB-HTA)is a methodological tool to carry out HTA from the perspectives of hospital,and to support decision-making in hospitals.From international experiences,HB-HTA activities are growing.Through the research in Canada,France,Singapore and Argentina,the experience of successfully launching Hospital-based Health Technology Assessment is summarized,and the path of carrying out Hospital-based Health Technology Assessment in hospital management in China are proposed.
