甲基橙的疏水结构修饰及性质研究

摘  要:甲基橙是重要的酸碱指示剂和生物染料。目前,已广泛应用于生产和科学研究中,但是由于其在大部分有机溶剂中溶解度过低,因而在实际应用中受到限制。本研究以三苯基膦和三种长链溴代烷为原料合成了三种烷基季鏻盐离子液体对甲基橙进行修饰,以改善甲基橙在非水溶液中的溶解度。通过对甲基橙改性修饰后的产物进行性能研究表明:修饰后的甲基橙能够完全或者大部分的溶解于非水溶液,且还能继续保持水溶性,其指示机理与甲基橙相同。因此,修饰后的甲基橙应用范围更加广泛。Methyl orange is of importance as acid-base indicator and biological dye,which nowadays has been widely utilized in production and scientific research.Nevertheless,due to its rather lower solubility in most organic solvents,its application is restricted in practice.The current study,taking triphenylphosphine and three long-chain bromoalkane as ingredients,synthesizes into three types of ionic liquids of alkyl quaternary phosphonium salts,to modify methyl orange,so as to ultimately hit the target of perfecting the solubility of methyl orange in non-aqueous solution situation.Study on the properties of the products derived from methyl orange via modification reveals that,the methyl orange which undergoes the process of modification is capable of dissolving in non-aqueous solution completely or for the most part,sharing the identical indicating mechanism with methyl orange.As a result,the methyl orange with modification can be applied in a much broad range.
