摘 要:丙烯酸羟丙酯是一种高活性的(异)双官能团单体,性质极其活泼,以其与多种含有乙烯类单体共聚等优点广泛应用于纤维加工、涂料、胶黏剂和橡胶工业等行业。但丙烯酸羟丙酯的合成和应用受其催化剂的影响严重,不同种类的催化剂制备得到的丙烯酸羟丙酯的收率和纯度千差万别。本文主要介绍了丙烯酸羟丙酯的常用催化剂制备方法,主要有铬系催化剂法、铁系催化剂法、固体碱催化剂法和复合催化剂法等,并简要阐述了各种催化剂方法制备的优缺点,同时综述了丙烯酸羟丙酯的应用研究进展,对其问题做了具体分析并对丙烯酸羟丙酯在工业中的应用进行了展望。Hydroxypropyl acrylate(HPA)is a highly active(iso)bifunctional monomer,which is widely used in fiber processing,coaf copolymerization with a variety of ethylene monomers.However,the synthesis and application of hydroxypropyl acrylate are greatly affected by its catalysts.The yield and purity of hydroxypropyl acrylate prepared by different kinds of catalysts vary greatly.This paper mainly introduces the preparation methods of hydroxypropyl acrylate catalysts,mainly including chromium catalyst method,iron catalyst method,solid base catalyst method andcomposite catalyst method,and briefly expound the advantages and disadvantages of various catalyst methods.At same time,the application research progress of hydroxypropyl acrylate is summarized.The specific analysis is made and the application of acrylic hydroxypropyl ester in industry is prospected.
