摘  要:介绍了PVC发泡制品行业的发展状况,综述了超临界二氧化碳对PVC发泡制品的发泡机理以及发泡方法,比较了作为一种新型材料的发泡PVC的不易燃、质轻、热导率低、隔音效果好、缓冲性能和比强度高等特性。介绍了PVC发泡材料主要产品在室内外的应用,并对行业的发展提出了建议。The development status of rigid foamed PVC products industry was introduced,and described the foaming mechanism and method of foamed PVC products by supercritical carbon dioxide.It was indicated that as a new type material,foamed PVC materials had the advantages of fire-retardant,light weight,low thermal conductivity,good sound insulation,better buffer performance and high strength.It was mainly introduced that PVC materials were used for interior and exterior decoration,also the suggestions on the development of the industry were proposed.
