不同产地厚朴的蛋白质指纹图谱研究

摘　　要：以不同产地厚朴饮片为原料,在超声时间40min、超声时间间隔4s、超声功率360W、提取液量17.5mL的条件下,分别提取其中的蛋白质。经蛋白质电泳后得到了理想的蛋白质电泳图谱,将图谱通过Gel-Pro analyzer软件分析表明几种不同产地的厚朴饮片泳动率图谱差异很小,证实其部分均为同一品种。The protein was extracted from Magnolia officinalis was optimized under these conditions:ultrasonic time 40 min,ultrasonic time interval 4 s,ultrasonic power 360 W,extract volume 17.5 mL.The protein finger print was obtained by protein electrophoresis.The analysis of the chromatogram by Gel-Pro analyzer showed that the scores of Magnolia officinalis were different in the same species.
