摘　　要：分析了尿素氨汽提塔使用过程中常发生的问题,找出影响设备正常运行的不利因素,探讨了解决问题的方案,并采取相应的有效措施,从而延长汽提塔的使用寿命。In general,the common problems in the ammonia stripping tower of urea plant have been briefly reviewed in this paper.After finding out the unfavorable factors affecting the normal operating of equipments,several solutions are investigated and the corresponding effective measurements have been carried out to prolong the service life of stripping tower.
