摘 要:本文通过静电纺丝技术制备了PET膜,利用X射线衍射对其退火膜的结晶性能进行了测定。实验结果表明,纺丝浓度升高,接受板距离减小,退火温度提高,退火时间延长均有利于提高PET静电纺丝膜的结晶程度。当纺丝室湿度为50%,温度为35℃,纺丝液浓度为20%,纺丝电压为35KV,纺丝接收距离为10cm,PET静电纺丝膜在190℃退火6小时后,PET退火膜的结晶性能表现最佳。In this paper,PET film was prepared by electrospinning,followed by annealing,and its crystallinity was determined by X-ray diffraction.The crystallization behavior of the PET film was characterized and analyzed.The results showed that,with the increase of concentration of spinning solution,the decrease of the distance of receiving plate,the increase of annealing temperature and the extension of annealing time,the crystallization degree of PET electrostatic spinning films improved.When the spinning solution concentration was 20%,the spinning room temperature was 35℃,the humidity was 50%,the high voltage was 35kV,and the receiving distance was 10cm,an annealing temperature of 190℃.and an annealing time of 6 hours,the PET films showed the best crystallization performance by the X-ray diffractometer test pattern.
