摘  要:采用SBR反应器处理人工配制的高浓度有机污水,探究不同曝气时间和曝气量对SBR反应器去除高浓度有机污水COD效率的影响。结果表明,当曝气量为5.5 L·min^(-1)时,曝气时间为10 h的COD平均去除率为71%,明显高于曝气时间为8 h的COD平均去除率69.4%;当曝气时间均为10 h时,曝气量为10 L·min^(-1)的COD平均去除率为78.5%,要高于曝气量为5.5 L·min^(-1)的COD平均去除率71%。不同的曝气时间和曝气量均对污水中COD的去除效率产生了较为明显的影响,当曝气时间小于10 h时,曝气时间越长,COD的去除率越高;在一般情况下,曝气量越大,COD的去除效果也越好。实验结果能够为SBR反应器处理高浓度有机污水提供有价值的参考。The SBR reactor was used to treat artificially prepared high-concentration organic sewage,and the effects of different aeration time and gas exposure on the removal efficiency of high-concentration organic sewage COD in SBR reactor were investigated.The results showed that when the aeration was 5.5 L·min^-1,the average removal rate of COD with aeration time of 10 h was 71%,which was significantly higher than the average removal rate of COD with aeration time of 8 h of 69.4%;When the aeration time is 10 h,the average removal rate of COD with aeration of 10 L·min^-1 is 78.5%,which is higher than the average removal rate of COD with aeration of 5.5 L·min^-1 1.71%.Different aeration time and the amount of exposure have a significant impact on the removal efficiency of COD in sewage.When the aeration time is less than 10 h,the longer the aeration time,the higher the removal rate of COD;Under normal circumstances,the greater the exposure,the better the removal effect of COD.The experimental results can provide valuable reference for SBR reactor to treat high concentration organic sewage.
