工业化住宅满足多元化需求应变技术初探

摘　　要：人们对住宅始终存在多元化需求,而工业化住宅以企业标准化、产品标准化为基础,目的在于减少技术沟通障碍及时间和金钱的浪费。这便带来了标准化与多元化的矛盾。文章分析了多元化的诱变因子,认为建筑师可以使用显性或隐性手段,遵循刚性路线或柔性路线将住宅的可变性最大化;提出工业化技术更有利于满足可变性需求,可通过开放设计、模块化、层次化、干作节点等方法,发挥集约化、体系化优势,从而达到多元化目标。People always have diversified demand for housing,whereas the industrialized housing is based on enterprise standardization and product standardization for the purposes of reducing technical barriers and waste of time and money.The contradiction between standardization and diversification is brought hereto.By analyzing the mutagenic factors for diversification,this paper believes that architects are able to maximize the variability of housing by means of dominant or recessive measures following rigid routes or flexible routes;it proposed that the industrial technology can better meet the demand of variability,and it can bring the advantages of intensification and systemization into full play so as to achieve the goal of diversification though open design,model-based method,layer-based method and dry-working nodes,etc.
