摘　　要：预制双面叠合墙板是一种符合建筑工业化发展方向的建筑产品,不仅适用于地上结构,也非常适用于地下工程,具有产品精度高、施工速度快、防水效果好、节能环保等显著优点,是一种值得推广的地下结构产品。文章以上海·宝业中心项目为例,介绍该项目地下车库预制构件的组成、施工特点和施工过程。As a kind of construction product meeting development trend of building industrialization,the fabricated double-sided superposed wallboard is not only applicable to above ground structures,but also underground works.And it is a underground product worth popularization for its remarkable features of high product precision,fast constructing speed,favorable water-proof effect,energy saving and environmental protection.With Shanghai Baoye Center Project as example,this paper introduced the composition of fabricated components for underground garage,construction characteristics and construction process.
