中小城市保障性住区适老化设计研究——以盱眙县宣化人家经济适用房小区为例

摘　　要：保障性住房是政府为解决中低收入家庭住房问题的住房保障政策。在中小城市,老年居民占有较大的比例,因此,保障性住房小区的适老化设计是顺势而为,也是必然所为的举措。以盱眙县宣化人家小区为案例,通过对老年居民的生活现状和居住满意度的调查,了解老年生理及心理上的特性以及对居住生活环境的需求,从综合性和人性化的角度,完善中小城市保障性住区在整体规划配置和公共空间营造的设计。welfare-oriented housing is a housing security policy of government for solving the housing problem of families with low and middle income.In small and medium-sized cities,the elderly residents take up a large proportion,thus the elderly-compatible design of the welfare-oriented housing community becomes a necessary measure.Taking Xuanhua Renjia Community in Xuyi County as an example,the overall planning configuration and design of public space for welfare oriented residential area in small to middle-sized cities are improved from the aspect of comprehensiveness and humanization by means of investigating living conditions and living satisfaction of the elderly residents,understanding their physiological and psychological characteristics and their needs to living environment.
