摘　　要：为了顺利完成海底管线项目,针对大直径、厚壁HFW钢管生产中的设备及工艺限制,通过设备能力提升和工艺技术改进,成功实现了海底管线用X65钢级Φ610 mm×20.6 mm规格HFW钢管的批量生产,并对钢管进行了相关力学性能检验。检验结果表明,生产钢管的各项性能指标均满足项目标准要求;批量生产过程说明,尽管成功完成了项目所需钢管的生产,但依然存在生产设备利用率低、生产效率低以及成材率低等问题。建议今后同类项目钢管生产时,需要进一步改进设备、改良生产工艺,不断提高生产效率,降低生产成本。In order to successfully complete the construction of the submarine pipeline project,for the equipment and process limitations in the production of large-diameter,thick-wall HFW steel pipes,through the improvement of equipment capacity and process technology,the batch of X65 gradeΦ610 mm×20.6 mm HFW steel pipes for submarine pipelines was successfully realized.At the same time,the performance of the steel pipe was tested.The test results show that the performance indexes of the production of steel pipes meet the requirements of the project standards.The fact of mass production shows that the successful development of the required steel pipes,there are problems such as low utilization rate of production equipment,low production efficiency and low yield.It is recommended that in the future production of steel pipes of similar projects,it is necessary to further improve equipment and improve production processes,continuously improve production efficiency and reduce production costs.
