广西西江经济带城市防洪达标评价研究

摘　　要：该研究基于防洪工程体系组成和防洪治理标准,以调查的防洪设施建设情况为基础数据,分三个层次系统评价广西西江经济带范围内主要城市防洪达标情况,分析未达标原因,进一步对达标建设提出建议措施,为西江经济带防洪安全建设提供依据。Based on the composition of flood control works system and the flood control standard,and on the basis of the survey data of flood control facilities construction,this paper systematically evaluates the flood control standards of major cities in Xijiang Economic Zone of Guangxi from three levels,analyzes the reasons for failing to meet the standard,and further puts forward suggestions and measures for the construction of reaching the standard,providing basis for the flood control safety construction of Xijiang Economic Zone.
