防止水淹厂房措施在东风水电站地下厂房的应用

摘　　要：东风水电站于1994年4月下闸蓄水,1995年机组投入运行。针对2007年7月30日发现的地下厂房4号机4号支洞堵头出现异常来水的情况,在组织相关资源进行处置后,异常来水未对机组设备造成影响,确保了4号机安全稳定运行。自此,电厂对地下厂房分期实施了一系列工程措施和非工程措施来防止水淹厂房,取得了很好的效果;地下厂房运行至今,未发生水淹厂房事件,运行状况良好。笔者对采取的一系列措施进行了介绍。Dongfeng Hydropower Station was sluiced in April 1994 and put into operation in 1995.Aiming at the abnormal water inflow in No.4 branch tunnel plug of No.4 unit of underground power house discovered on July 30,2007,after organizing relevant resources for disposal,it did not affect the unit equipment and ensured the safe and stable operation of No.4 unit.Since then,the power plant has implemented a series of engineering measures and non-engineering measures to prevent flooding of the underground power house in stages,and achieved good results.So far,the operation of the underground power house has not occurred flooding events,and the operation is in good condition.The authors introduce a series of measures taken.
