摘 要:近年来,锂离子电池在储能、电动汽车等领域得到了快速发展和广泛应用。3~5年后,废旧锂电池数量将呈现爆发式增长趋势。如这些废旧电池处理不当,会给人类健康、环境安全带来隐患。若不能有效回收处理,还造成资源浪费。针对常规回收方法在效率、能耗、环境友好性方面存在的问题,在原回收技术基础上,设计出废旧锂电池物料分离收集装置。该装置采用物理法实现电池中各组分的分离和收集。全自动化回收过程不引入任何化学试剂,电解液回收效率高,粉尘得到有效收集,具有绿色低碳、环保节能、便于产业化等特点。In recent years,lithium ion batteries are rapidly developed and widely used in energy storage,electric vehicles and other fields.After 3-5 years,the number of discarded lithium batteries will show an explosive growth trend.Improper disposal of these waste batteries would bring hidden dangers to human health and environmental safety.It would also cause a waste of resources if the waste batteries could not be effectively recycled.Aiming at the problems existing in the efficiency,energy consumption and environmental friendliness of conventional recycling methods,a separation and collection device for waste lithium battery materials was designed on the basis of the original recycling technology.The separation and collection of components in the battery was realized by physical method.Full automatic recovery process did not introduce any chemical reagents,electrolyte recovery efficiency was high,dust was effectively collected,with green and low carbon,environmental protection and energy saving,easy to industrialization and other characteristics.
