摘 要:以磷酸铁锂动力电池为研究对象,分别开展了用七氟丙烷扑救电池单体和模块火灾试验。试验结果表明:在设定试验条件下,浓度10%七氟丙烷可以扑灭电池火灾明火,浸渍20 min内未发生复燃,但其间电池热失控未得到有效控制。这说明七氟丙烷对磷酸铁锂动力锂离子电池火灾有一定的抑制作用,为专用灭火装置的研究奠定了基础。LiFePO4 power batteries were chosen as the research object,the fire test of sevofluropropane was carried out to extinguish the fire of battery monomer and module.Test results show that:in the test condition,10%HFC-227ea is proved to be able to extinguish the open flames of LiFePO4 battery fire,and the combustion fire don't get restarted in 20 minutes soaked in HFC-227ea,but the battery thermal runaway isn't effectively controlled during the test.The tests prove that HFC-227ea has certain suppression effect on LiFePO4 power battery fire and lays experimental foundation for developing fire extinguishing equipment of Li-ion power batteries.
