摘　　要：2008年爆发的金融危机严重影响了世界范围内各经济体。至今余波未平。虽然各国政府分别出台了救市与经济刺激政策。但是各国的左翼学者,纷纷对美国推动的新自由主义政策做出了分析和批判。其中"全球化、危机与变革"系列图书深入研究了资本主义发展的动力、现状和未来,指出正是资本主义积累的动力促使资本主义深入研究了毁灭。对于美国国内,金融资本家通过在美国政府安插代理人,将公共资源用于救助濒临破产的金融资本,损害普通人的福利和利益。对于拉丁美洲各国等第三世界国家和地区,新自由主义通过"殖民主义技术官僚独裁"和"采掘资本主义"对拉丁美洲实现控制和盘剥。"全球化、危机与变革"系列图书希望劳动者能通过斗争建立某种社会主义形式,使劳动者可以在经济生产中实现民主决策。The financial crisis breaking out in 2008 swept through the whole world and the economic entities,with an uneven aftermath now.Despite that governments of different countries have also issued corresponding rescue and economic stimulus policies,left-wing scholars all over the world analyze and criticize the neoliberal policies led by the United States.Among them,Globalization,Crises and Changes Series make a profound probe into the driving force,current situation and future of capitalist development.It is pointed out that the driving force for capitalistic accumulation also leads to its destruction.For domestic policies,financial capitalists rely on public resources to rescue financial capitals on the verge of bankruptcy by placing agents in the U.S.government,thus harming the welfare and interests of ordinary people.For the third world countries in Latin America and other regions,neoliberals control and exploit them through“colonial technocratic dictatorship”and“extractive capitalism”.Authors of Globalization,Crises and Changes Series hope that laborers would establish certain forms of socialism through struggle,so that they can achieve a democratic decision-making in economic production.
