江苏碳纤维产业发展之路探讨

摘　　要：江苏是我国碳纤维及其复合材料发展的重要基地,在过去的十余年取得了显著进展,已到了产业变革的节点。分析了碳纤维产业发展的国内外形势和江苏碳纤维产业现状和存在问题,解读了国家新材料发展战略"需求牵引、战略导向""创新驱动、重点突破""产用结合、军民融合""市场主导、政府推动"对江苏碳纤维发展之路的指导意义。Jiangsu is an important base for the development of carbon fiber and its composite materials in China;in the past ten years,it has achieved significant progress and is now facing the node of industrial transformation.This paper analyzes the domestic and foreign situation of carbon fiber industry development,current situation and existing problems of carbon fiber industry in Jiangsu;it also explains the guiding significance of the national new material development strategy of“taking demand as traction and strategy as guide”,“driving by innovation with key breakthroughs”,“industry and application combination,military and civilian integration”and“being led by the market and promote by the government”to the development of carbon fiber of Jiangsu Province.
