摘　　要：文章介绍了基于内容的视频检索发展历程以及国内外研究动态,对视频场景分割、镜头边界检测、关键帧提取、视频特征提取、视频数据挖掘、分类与标引以及视频索引与相关反馈等关键技术进行了较为全面深入的剖析,重点对近年的视频检索研究加以比较全面的归纳,最后总结了当前基于内容的视频检索技术中存在的主要问题以及未来的发展趋势。This paper introduces the development of content based video retrieval and the research trends at home and abroad.It makes a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of key technologies,such as video scene segmentation,shot boundary detection,key frame extraction,video feature extraction,video data mining,classification and indexing,and video index and related feedback.The recent research on video retrieval is summarized in a comprehensive way.Finally,the main problems and the future development trend of the content based video retrieval technology are summarized.
