延续性护理在膀胱癌膀胱全切双侧输尿管皮肤造口患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨延续性护理干预对膀胱全切双侧输尿管皮肤造口患者术后生活质量及自我护理能力的影响。方法选取2013年1月至2017年12月于我院接受膀胱全切双侧输尿管皮肤造口的80例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其等分为观察组与对照组,对照组接受术后常规护理,观察组在此基础上接受延续性护理干预,观察两组患者术后并发症发生率以及自我护理能力、生活质量。结果观察组患者术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P <0. 05);术后6个月随访,观察组患者生活质量(躯体功能、社会功能、生理功能)评分明显高于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组自我护理能力评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论对膀胱全切双侧输尿管皮肤造口术后患者实施延续性护理干预,可有效降低术后并发症发生,提高患者术后自我护理能力与生活质量,具有应用及推广价值。Objective To investigate the effects of continuous nursing intervention on postoperative quality of life and self-care ability in patients with bilateral ureterostomy.Methods A total of 80 cases of patients who underwent total cystectomy and bilateral ureterostomy in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2017 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group with the same number of patients by random number table.The control group was given routine postoperative nursing,while the observation group was treated with continuous nursing intervention on this basis.The postoperative complication rate,self-care ability and quality of life of patients in the two groups were observed.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,the quality of life(physical function,social function,physiological function)scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the self-care ability score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing intervention for patients with bilateral ureterostomy can reduce postoperative complications effectively and improve postoperative self-care ability and quality of life among patients.Therefore,it has application and promotion value.
