摘　　要：党内政治生态建设是新时代推进党的建设的重要命题,亟待学术界予以回应。从政治系统论出发,新时代党内政治生态建设仍然面临诸多现实困境。为扎实推进党的建设科学化、制度化、规范化发展,可以从规范需求输入、强化支持供给、优化合理需求转换机制、强化角色期望的党内转换、以输出强化党的权威和构建"人民本位"输出模式等方面采用具有针对性的治理进路。The inner-party political ecological construction is an important proposition to promote the party construction in the new era.Starting from the theory of political system,the inner-party political ecological construction in the new era still faces many practical difficulties.To advance the party's construction scientific,institutionalized and standardized development,efforts can be made from regulating demand input,strengthening support supply,optimizing the reasonable transformation mechanism on demand,reinforcing the party's transformation of the role expectation,strengthening the party's authority through output and building the“people's standard”output model to construct the targeted governance approach.
