摘　　要：分析我国法务会计教育教学现状,重新审视法务会计人才培养机制,探讨"互联网+"背景下复合型法务会计人才培养路径.研究结果表明,法律类课程和财会类课程是支撑法务会计专业方向的两大支柱,实践教学是人才培养的重要环节,师资队伍建设是人才培养的关键因素."互联网+"背景下复合型法务会计人才培养应坚持以课程体系构建为核心,以实践教学开展为突破,以师资队伍建设为关键,搭建完善的人才培养体系.This paper analyses the situation of forensic accounting education in China,re-examines the talents training mechanism of forensic accounting,discusses the training strategies of versatile forensic accounting talents under the background of“internet+”.The results show that legal courses and accounting courses are two main parts of the speciality direction of forensic accounting,practical teaching is an important link of talents training,teachers'team building is a key factor of talents training.For training versatile forensic accounting talents under the background of“internet+”,we should take the curriculum system as a centre,take the practical teaching as a breakthrough,take teachers'team building as a key factor,and set up a perfect talents training framework.
