摘　　要：在丙烯腈生产过程中,水可以防止丙烯腈聚合,起到阻聚剂的作用,通过过程优化控制,可以有效地提高丙烯腈成品塔侧线水含量,保证丙烯腈产品达到优级品,减少再次加水调配的工作量。In acrylonitrile production,water prevents polymerization of acrylonitrile and act as an inhibitor.process optimization control can effectively increase the water content of the side line of the finished tower,and ensure acrylonitrile products reach the top grade and reduce the amount of rehydration.
