摘　　要：对芳烃抽提装置引起环丁砜溶剂降解及降解产物造成设备腐蚀和堵塞的原因进行了分析,总结了延长抽提系统运行周期的工艺措施,包括:降低蒸汽温度,控制溶剂pH值,降低溶剂中Cl离子,定期清理溶剂过滤器,充分利用贫溶剂及抽提原料过滤器等。在实际操作运行中取得了很好的应用效果。The causes of equipment corrosion and blockage caused by solvent degradation and degradation products of sulfolane in aromatics extraction unit were analyzed,and the technological measures for prolonging the operation period of extraction system were summarized.Including:reducing steam temperature,controlling solvent pH value,reducing Cl ion in solvent,cleaning solvent filter regularly.Make full use of poor solvents and filters for extracting raw materials.Good application results have been achieved in practical operation.
