摘　　要：虽然目前有GB/T 4756《石油液体手工取样法》规范成品油的抽样过程,但由于该取样方法内容广泛,对加油站抽样过程的很多细节规定不够详细,导致操作者对标准条款的理解不一致,操作时随意性较大,以致于影响样品的代表性,甚至影响到检验结果。本文对成品油抽样过程中经常会遇到的抽样地点、抽样部位、装样容器、运输时限、检验时限等细节方面的问题进行了探讨,目的是希望更好地规范成品油的抽样过程和缩短运输、检验的时间,使检验结果更具代表性、准确性。Although there is currently a GB/T 4756“Manual sampling of petroleum liquids”to regulate the sampling process of refined oil,due to the wide range of sampling methods,many details of the sampling process of the gas station are not detailed enough,resulting in the operator’s standard terms inconsistent understanding,arbitrariness in operation,so as to affect the representativeness of the sample,and even affect the test results.In this paper,the details of sampling locations,sampling sites,loading containers,transportation time limits,inspection time limits,etc.,which are often encountered in the sampling process of refined oil products are discussed.The purpose is to better standardize the sampling process of refined oil and shorten the time of transportation and inspection,so that the inspection results are more representative and accurate.
