摘 要:为了实现电主轴的在线实时监测、调控与自动平衡,设计并开发了一种非接触机械式自平衡综合监控电主轴系统。该系统包括电主轴及其附件、状态监控和自动平衡3个子系统,电主轴设计为滚动轴承支撑、油雾润滑、循环水冷却的变频异步电动机,功率10 k W、最高转速12 000 r/min;状态监控子系统是基于电控柜和独立的外置式监控仪两种实现方式,16路监测信号一分为二分别进入两个监控模式,采用电控柜模式可实现电主轴状态预警和调控,采用集成化信号监控仪可对不同类型信号实现在线实时分析与数据存储;自动平衡子系统包括振动加速度和鉴相传感器、非接触机械式自动平衡头及其控制器,可以对电主轴的实时不平衡进行在线不停机自动校正。完成了主轴系统开发及平衡功能验证,试验结果表明:在转速1 800~4 800 r/min,自平衡装置始终能使主轴振动降至0. 1μm。In order to realize on-line real-time monitoring,regulation and automatic balance of motorized spindle,a non-contact mechanical self-balanced integrated monitoring motorized spindle system was designed and developed.The system includes three subsystems:motorized spindle and its accessories,condition monitoring and automatic balance.The motorized spindle is designed as rolling bearing support,oil mist lubrication,circulating water cooling variable frequency asynchronous motor,power 10 kW,maximum speed 12 000 r/min;The state monitoring subsystem is based on two implementations of an electric control cabinet and an independent external monitor.The 16-channel monitoring signal is divided into two monitoring modes,and the electric control cabinet mode can realize the state alarm and control of the motorized spindle.Online real-time analysis and data storage for different types of signals with integrated signal monitor;The automatic balancing subsystem includes vibration acceleration and phase detector,non-contact mechanical automatic balancing head and its controller,which can automatically correct the real-time imbalance of the motorized spindle without stopping online.The spindle system development and balance function verification were completed.The test results show that the self-balancing device can always reduce the spindle vibration to 0.1μm in the range of 1 800~4 800 r/min.
