摘 要:采用正交试验法,开展纯铁材料精密切削过程切削用量对切削力和表面粗糙度影响规律的试验研究,建立了切削力和表面粗糙度经验公式。结果表明,试验结果与经验公式预测值间的误差小于20%,经验公式能够用于预测纯铁材料精加工过程中的切削力和表面粗糙度。切削深度对切削力的影响最大,其次是进给量,切削速度对切削力的影响最小;进给量是影响表面粗糙度的最主要因素,其次是切削深度,切削速度对粗糙度的影响最小。上述研究成果将为精密加工弱刚性纯铁工件工艺参数的优化奠定技术基础。In this paper,the effects of cutting parameters on the cutting force and surface roughness in the process of precision cutting pure iron material were studied based on orthogonal test method.The empirical formulas of cutting force and surface roughness were established.The results show that the error between the experimental results and the predicted values of the empirical formula is less than 20%.The empirical formulas can be used to predict the cutting force and surface roughness in the finishing process of pure iron materials.Cutting depth has the greatest influence on cutting force,followed by feed rate,the influence of cutting speed is small;feed rate is the most important factor affecting surface roughness,followed by cutting depth,the influence of cutting speed is small.The above study results will lay a technical foundation for the optimization of the process parameters of precision machining weak rigidity pure iron parts.
