摘　　要：介绍了工作台交换站的两种典型结构形式及其适用场合,进一步介绍了移动式工作台交换站的主要结构及其在交换过程中拖动及导向定位卡紧功能等的实现方式,在此基础上如何通过PLC程序及NC宏程序实现手动及自动模式下A、B工作台的自动交换控制功能,从而提高机床整体的加工效率,减少了工件加工辅助时间。This paper introduces two typical structural forms of the worktable switching station and the applicable situations,and further introduces the main structure of the mobile station switching station with its implementation in the exchange process,and how to implement the automatic exchange control function of A and B worktable in manual and automatic modes through PLC and NC program.So that the overall processing efficiency of machine tools is improved and the auxiliary processing time of workpiece is reduced.
