摘 要:目的:验证缩短扫描时间的协议下动态FDG PET成像的可行性,为推广临床动态PET成像提供技术支持。方法:提出一种简化的动态PET成像扫描协议,应用基于模板的血浆输入函数来缩短扫描时间。基于大鼠的模型模拟和动物试验,在InliView 3000A多模态小动物成像系统平台实现间接和直接重建的分析;比较不同扫描协议下得到的代谢参数图像,并与传统动态扫描协议下的结果对比,验证简化扫描协议的可行性。结果:应用简化协议进行动态分析,其结果未见代谢参数图像Ki明显变化,误差在可接受的范围内。应用直接重建虽Ki误差略大,但对比度更高。与传统动态扫描协议分析结果相比,简化扫描协议获得了合理的结果。结论:简化的扫描协议在临床上的可操作性强且可以获得合理的动态参数结果,在动态FDG PET成像的临床应用中有比较大的发展前景,值得进一步研究。Objective To evaluate the feasibility of dynamic FDG PET imaging with shortened scan duration, and to make the clinical dynamic PET possible. Methods Simplified scan protocols were proposed to shorten the scan duration with population-based input function. Phantom simulation and preclinical experiments were performed to analyze the indirect and direct reconstructed images at InliView 3000A multimodal small animal imaging platform. The metabolic parameters based on different scan protocols were compared with each other and with those based on dynamic scan protocol to verify the feasibility of simplified scan protocol. Results Dynamic analysis with simplified protocols showed acceptable Ki bias. Direct reconstruction increased the contrast in spite of slightly high Ki bias. Population-based input function achieved reasonable results compared with image-derived input function. Conclusion Simplified protocols are promising in the voxel-based dynamic FDG PET.
