摘  要:目的:研究和验证脊柱影像分割在射波刀脊柱追踪定位中的作用,探讨引起脊柱追踪定位异常的原因。方法:利用体模放疗计划改变脊柱追踪长度,通过错误节点的变化判断脊柱影像分割在脊柱追踪算法中的作用;对16例脊柱追踪异常病例分别添加或去除脊柱分割影像,观察脊柱追踪定位是否正常。结果:脊柱影像分割感兴趣区域中脊柱长度与错误节点呈负相关;16例脊柱追踪异常病例中,除1例因治疗中心距椎间隙过近需进行微移外,全部患者脊柱追踪定位正常。结论:脊柱影像分割不仅仅是为了方便影像比对,其还参与脊柱追踪定位误差的计算;脊柱影像是否分割是影响脊柱追踪定位的重要因素,应依据脊柱追踪区域影像密度的均匀性有选择地进行。Objective To investigate and validate the role of spinal image segmentation in Cyberknife X-sight spine tracking. Methods The length of spine tracking was changed by the phantom radiography plan, and the role of spinal image segmentation images in spine tracking algorithm was defined by the changes of the false mesh nodes;combined with 16 cases of abnormal locating errors, spinal image segmentation images were added or deleted to observe whether the spine tracking location was normal. Results There was a negative correlation between the length of spinal image segmentation column and the false nodes in the ROI of spine tracking. In the 16 cases of abnormal spine tracking, all of the patients had been normally tracked except 1 case with the treatment center moved. Conclusion Spinal image segmentation is not only for convenience of image alignment to the technician, but also for calculating the locating errors to the target locating system. Spinal image segmentation is an important factor affecting the locating in Cyberknife X-sight spine tracking. Whether the spinal image is segmented depends on the image density homogeneity of the spine tracking region.
