摘　　要：目的:为其他医用耗材信息化管理提供案例分析及参考。方法:结合医用耗材信息化管理现状,提出当前管理模式中存在信息维护工作繁重、耗材名称不统一和非条码管理耗材有管理盲区3个问题,并探讨相应的解决方案。结果:通过相应方案的实施,解决了医用耗材信息化管理中存在的问题,降低了人力成本和信息出错率,提高了耗材信息化管理程度、科室满意度和工作效率。结论:医用耗材信息化管理水平仍有待提高,建议从信息化硬件平台、医用耗材管理规范和制度以及管理人员的专业能力等方面综合提升。Objective To execute cases analysis of medical consumables informatized management. Methods Three problems in the informatized management of medical consumables were proposed and discussed, including complicated information maintenance, non-unified consumables names and ignorance of non-coded consumables management, and some solutions were proposed accordingly. Results The problems in the informatized management of medical consumables in the hospital were solved, and the medical consumables informatized management, department satisfaction and working efficiency were improved efficiently. Conclusion The informatized management of medical consumables remains to be raised in informatized hardware platform, medical consumables management standard and management personnel.
