摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法同时测定陈香露白露片(甘草、陈皮、川木香等)中4种成分的含有量。方法该药物50%甲醇提取液的分析采用Agilent Eclipse C18色谱柱(250 mm×4. 6 mm,5μm);流动相甲醇-0. 1%磷酸,梯度洗脱;体积流量1. 0 m L/min;柱温30℃;检测波长230 nm。结果甘草酸铵、橙皮苷、木香烃内酯、去氢木香内酯分别在9. 908～118. 9、4. 510～72. 16、2. 582～41. 31、2. 685～42. 95μg/m L范围内线性关系良好(r≥0. 999 9),平均加样回收率分别为98. 97%、99. 33%、99. 77%、100. 80%,RSD分别为0. 77%、1. 51%、1. 35%、1. 06%。结论该方法准确可靠、重复性好,可用于陈香露白露片的质量控制。AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of four constituents in Chenxianglu Bailu Tablets(Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Citri reticulatae Pericarpium,Vladimiriae Radix,etc.).METHODS The analysis of 50%methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 30℃thermostatic Agilent Eclipse C18column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),with the mobile phase comprising of methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid flowing at 1.0 m L/min in a gradient elution manner and the detection wavelength was set at 230 nm.RESULTS Ammonium glycyrrhizinate,hesperidin,costunolide and dehydrocostus lactone showed good linear relationships within the ranges of 9.908-118.9,4.510-72.16,2.582-41.31,2.685-42.95μg/m L(r≥0.999 9),whose average recoveries were 98.97%,99.33%,99.77%,100.80%with the RSDs of 0.77%,1.51%,1.35%,1.06%,respectively.CONCLUSION This accurate,reliable and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of Chenxianglu Bailu Tablets.
