摘　　要：以天津周大福金融中心项目为工程背景,讲述了超高层建筑施工升降机基础的设计与施工,并介绍主要施工工艺及操作要点。该项技术解决了超高层建筑核心筒内施工升降机基础安装的难题,同时降低了设备安装成本,提高了设备安全性和可靠性,保证了工程的进度。Taking Tianjin Chow Tai Fook financial center project as an engineering background,the foundation design and construction of super-rise building construction elevator are described,and the main construction process and key operation points are introduced in this paper.The technology solves the difficult problem of foundation installation of the construction elevator in the core tube of super-rise building,while at the same time,reduces the installation cost of the equipment,improves the safety and reliability of the equipment,and ensures the progress of the project.
