摘　　要：天津周大福金融中心工程建筑高度530 m,采用巨型组合柱钢框架结构,其中柱脚节主要有角框柱+斜框柱、边框柱、支撑柱,共计32件。柱脚节的地脚螺栓数量多,施工中采用环板胎具进行高精度安装定位,提前预留柱脚节密集钢筋,采用专用长把扳手拧固螺栓,并对柱脚节下进行灌浆处理,保证了工程质量。The building height of Tianjin Chow Tai Fook Financial Center project is 530 m.A large composite column steel frame structure is adopted,in which the column base connection includes corner frame column+oblique frame columns,frame columns and support columns,a total of 32 pieces,therefore the number of anchor bolts in the column base connection is large.In the process of construction,a ring plate jig is used for high-precision installation and positioning,the dense reinforcements are reserved for column base connection in advance,the special long wrenches are used to fasten bolts,and the grouting treatment is carried out under the column base connection so as to ensure the engineering quality.
