摘 要:天津周大福金融中心项目塔冠钢结构形式复杂多变,常规的检测方法因受现场条件所限不能高效完成构件安装误差测量的校核工作。经采用三维激光扫描仪对已安装的钢构件进行扫描,再将拟合好的点云模型与手动创建的BIM模型配准后进行对比,可在施工过程中对塔冠钢结构的安装误差进行有效把控,以防止累积误差。最后,将对比误差分析结果用钢结构验收规范进行校核,验证结果符合规范要求。The steel structure of the tower crown of Tianjin Chow Tai Fook Financial Center project is complex and changeable,the verification of component installation error measurement can be not effectively completed by the conventional detection methods due to the limitation of site conditions.3D laser scanner is used to scan the installed steel components,and then the fitted point cloud model is compared with the manually created BIM model after registration.The installation error of the tower crown steel structure is effectively controlled during the construction process to prevent the cumulative error.At last,the comparative error analysis results are checked with the acceptance specification of steel structure and after verification,they meet the specification requirements.
