摘　　要：以深业上城(南区)三期项目为例,介绍一种在超高层建筑核心筒施工中的施工电梯基础高空转换施工技术。该技术将施工电梯基础从地下室提升到水平结构尚未施工的高空中,依靠核心筒剪力墙作为支撑并定位,为核心筒水平结构施工创造条件,既节约了工期,又具有良好的综合效益。Taking the third phase project of Shenye Shang Cheng(South District)as an example,a kind of construction technology is introduced for overhead transformation of construction elevator foundation in core tube construction of super high-rise building.With this technology,the foundation is lifted from the basement to the unconstructed overhead horizontal structure,and relying on the core tube shear wall as support and positioning to create conditions for horizontal core tube structure construction,which not only saves the construction period but also has good comprehensive benefits.
