黄芪注射液对改善大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤影响的荟萃分析

摘　　要：目的评价黄芪注射液对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤后神经功能评分、脑梗死体积及JNK3蛋白表达的影响,以期为临床应用提供参考依据。方法搜索中国科技期刊数据库(VIP)、Medline数据库、中国学术期刊全文数据库、Pubmed、万方数据库及中国生物医学文献数据库、中国临床试验注册中心以及其他相关文献中关于黄芪注射液对改善大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤影响的随机对照试验,检索时间从2005年10月至2017年10月,并且根据Cochrane系统评价方法评估了研究的内容,并使用Cochrane协作网提供。Review Manager5.3统计软件提供符合纳入标准的文献进行荟萃分析。结果共有11篇临床试验文献符合纳入标准,黄芪注射液对脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠后神经功能评分的合并检验分析结果为Z=11.44,合并后的OR值为-1.60置信区间为(-1.87,-1.33)。黄芪注射液对脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠后血清中JNK3蛋白表达的合并检验分析结果为Z=4.34,合并后的OR值为0.09可信区间为(0.05,0.13)。黄芪注射液对脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠后血清中脑梗死体积的合并检验分析结果为Z=17.17,合并后的OR值为-12.45可信区间为(-13.87,-11.03)。结论黄芪注射液对改善大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤后的神经功能评分、脑梗死体积和JNK3蛋白表达有显著的作用。Objective:To evaluate the effects of Astragalus Injection on neurological function scores,cerebral infarction volume and JNK3 protein expression after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats,and to off reference clinical treatment.Methods:Randomized controlled trials on the effects of Astragalus Injection on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats were searched in VIP,Med-line database,Full-text Database of Chinese Astragalus Injection,Pub med,Wanfang Data,CBM disc,China Clinical Trial Registry and other relevant literature.The retrieval time was from October 2005 to October,2017,and the content of the research was evaluated according to the Cochrane system evaluation method,and provided by using the Cochrane collaboration network.Review Manager 5.3 statistical software provided meta-analysis of documents that met the inclusion criteria.Results:a total of 11 clinical trial literatures met the inclusion criteria.The combined test and analysis result of astragalus injection on the neurological function score after cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury in rats was Z=11.44,and the combined OR value was-1.60 and the confidence interval was-1.87 and-1.33.The combined test and analysis result of astragalus injection on JNK3 protein expression in serum of rats after cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury was Z=4.34,and the OR value after the combination was 0.09.The confidence interval was(0.05,0.13).The combined test and analysis results of astragalus injection on serum cerebral infarction volume after cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury in rats were Z=17.17,and the combined OR value was-12.45 with a confidence interval of(-13.87,-11.03).Conclusion:Astragalus Injection has a significant effect on improving neurological function scores,cerebral infarction volume and JNK3 protein expression after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats.
