补肾活血泄浊汤对2型糖尿病肾病肾功能衰竭患者临床症状及血液流变学指标的影响

摘　　要：目的观察补肾活血泄浊汤对2型糖尿病肾病肾功能衰竭患者临床症状及血液流变学指标的影响并探讨其作用机制。方法 60例患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组各30例。对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用补肾活血泄浊汤治疗。两组均治疗28 d。观察治疗前后倦怠乏力、口干咽燥、面肢水肿、肢体麻木评分的变化以及对全血黏度(低切、中切、高切)及血小板聚集率的影响。结果两组治疗2周、4周后倦怠乏力、口干咽燥、面肢水肿、肢体麻木评分均低于本组治疗前(均P <0.05)。两组治疗4周后倦怠乏力、口干咽燥、面肢水肿、肢体麻木评分均低于本组治疗2周后(均P <0.05),且治疗组治疗2周、4周后上述评分均低于对照组同期(均P <0.05)。治疗组治疗4周后全血黏度(低切、中切、高切)及血小板聚集率低于本组治疗前及治疗2周后(均P <0.05);对照组治疗4周后全血黏度(低切、中切、高切)及血小板聚集率与本组治疗前及治疗2周后比较,差别均不大(均P> 0.05)。两组治疗2周后全血黏度(低切、中切、高切)及血小板聚集率与本组治疗前比较,差别均不大(均P> 0.05);治疗组治疗2周后全血黏度(低切、中切、高切)及血小板聚集率与同期对照组比较,差别均不大(均P> 0.05),治疗组治疗4周后全血黏度(低切、中切、高切)及血小板聚集率均低于同期对照组(均P <0.05)。结论补肾活血泄浊汤治疗2型糖尿病肾病肾功能衰竭,能够减轻临床症状,改善血液流变学指标。Objective:To observe the effects of Bushen Huoxue Xiezhuo Decoction on the clinical symptoms and hemorheology of type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients with renal failure.Methods:60 patients were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number table method,30 in each.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine.The treatment group was treated with Bushen Huoxue Xiezhuo Decoction on the basis.Both groups were treated for 28 days.Before and after treatment,the burnout fatigue,dry mouth and throat,face and limb edema,limbs numbness,the blood viscosity(low cut,mid cut,and high cut)and platelet aggregation rate were observed.Results:After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of fatigue,dry mouth and throat,facial edema and numbness were lower than those before treatment(all P<0.05).The scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group at the same time(all P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,there were no significant differences in blood viscosity(low,medium and high shear)and platelet aggregation rate between the two groups and compared with those before treatment(all P >0.05).The blood viscosity and platelet aggregation rate after 4 weeks of treatment in the treatment group were lower than those before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment(all P<0.05),and lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).But there were no significant differences in the control group after 4 weeks'treatment,compared with those after 2 weeks'treatment(all P >0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Huoxue Xiezhuo Decoction on renal failure of type 2 diabetic nephropathy can reduce clinical symptoms and improve hemorheology.
