清肾散瘀方联合如意金黄散治疗急性附睾睾丸炎疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察清肾散瘀方联合如意金黄散治疗急性附睾睾丸炎的临床疗效。方法将80例急性附睾睾丸炎患者随机分为两组,对照组给予左氧氟沙星,观察组在对照组基础上加用清肾散瘀方煎服;如意金黄散,蜂蜜调匀外敷患处,每次3次。治疗10 d后判定疗效。结果观察组痊愈率、总有效率分别为72.50%、92.50%,均高于对照组的47.50%、72.50%(P <0.05);两组治疗后血常规白细胞总数、中性粒细胞比例以及C反应蛋白(CRP)均明显下降,且观察组较对照组均下降明显(P <0.05)。结论清肾散瘀方内服联合如意金黄散外敷治疗急性附睾睾丸炎疗效显著,可快速改善症状,缩短疗程,提高有效率,无不良反应。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Qingshen Sanyu Decoction combined with Ruyi Jinhuang Powder on acute epididymal orchitis.Methods:80 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given intravenous Levofloxacin 0.4 g,once daily;on the basis,the observation group was treated by Qingshen Sanyu Decoction combined with Ruyi Jinhuang Powder,3 times per day.The curative effect was determined after 10-day treatment.Results:The cure rate and the total effective rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total white blood cell count,neutrophil count and CRP of the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingshen Sanyu Decoction combined with Ruyi Jinhuang Powder for external application on acute epididymal orchitis has a significant effect,which can quickly improve symptoms,shorten the course of treatment,and improve the efficiency,with no adverse reactions.
