摘  要:本试验旨在分析场、年份、季节对奶牛乳脂率、乳蛋白率、体细胞评分(SCS)的影响,使用SAS8.1软件对呼图壁奶牛场50 956条生产性能测定(DHI)记录进行最小二乘方差分析。结果表明,场、年份、季节对乳脂率、乳蛋白率和体细胞评分均有极显著影响(P<0.01)。The objective of this study was to analyze the factors influencing the milk fat percentage, milk protein percentage and somatic cell score (SCS) in Hutubi dairy farms. Totally 50956 records of DHI testing were analyzed by the least square method in SAS8.1 software. Results showed that effect of farm on the milk fat percentage, milk protein percentage and somatic cell score was highly significant (P<0.01). Effect of year on the milk fat percentage, milk protein percentage and somatic cell score was highly significant (P<0.01). Effect of season on the milk fat percentage, milk protein percentage and somatic cell score was highly significant (P<0.01). The main factors influencing milk fat percentage, milk protein percentage and somatic cell score of the DHI testing data were found. This can be used to reduce the impact of these factors on the quality of milk, to improve milk yield and milk quality.
