摘 要:为研究舰船板架在破片与冲击波耦合作用下的变形及破损,开展了舰船板架在两种非标准圆柱形战斗部爆炸载荷作用下的毁伤效应试验。结果表明,光板在破片与冲击波耦合作用下的主要破坏模式有两种:花瓣弯曲破坏和拉伸断裂破坏。针对文中试验模型,当比例距离小于0.3时,光板出现了典型的花瓣弯曲破坏;比例距离处于0.3~0.6之间时,光板出现了典型的拉伸断裂破坏;比例距离大于0.6时,破片与冲击波耦合作用不明显。弹孔在冲击波作用下极易发生连接并形成花瓣大开口;加筋板上的筋在受到耦合载荷作用下容易出现一定程度的侧倾、弯曲和鼓起变形,但并没有断裂。In order to study the deformation and damage of ship stiffened plates under the synergistic effects of fragments and shock wave,a series of damage tests of ship stiffened plates with two kinds of nonstandard cylindrical warheads were implemented.The results show that when subjected to the synergistic effects of fragments and shock wave,plane plates have two main damage modes:petals bending failure and tensile rupture failure.According to the experiment model in this paper,while the scaled distance below 0.3,the petals bending failure appears on the plane plates;while the scaled distance between 0.3 and 0.6,the tensile rupture failure appears on the planes plates;while the scaled distance above 0.6,the synergistic effects of fragments and shock wave is not obvious.Large petal holes are easily formed while penetrated holes connected under the shock wave.The ribs on the stiffened plates tend to side bias,bend and plumping deformation under the synergistic loadings,but do not break.
