摘  要:为培养适应当代社会发展需要的应用创新型人才,高等教育教学的重要使命就是面向国家急需,根据未来社会需求,发挥高校科研优势,引领未来职业发展,为学生提供进入社会的预备训练。提出构造第四课堂来连接高校与社会,把真实、复杂的社会职业引入到高校教学,让学生深度沉浸在准职业场域中,在教师引导下,实现由学校到工作岗位的角色适应和转换。第四课堂具有四大特征:研产学的循环模式、学科交叉的科研优势、成果导向的双创教育、多元开放的场域和时间。第四课堂是深化高校教育教学改革、培养应用创新型人才的有益尝试和探索。With the aim to train the talents with applied and innovative abilities to meet the demands of the development of the contemporary society,the important mission of higher education teaching is to meet the urgent demands of talents in society and to make the utmost of the advantages of scientific research in universities,to lead the development of career in the future and provide the prelimenary training of entering society to students in accordance with the demands of the future society.This paper presents the conception of"the fourth classroom"which links universities and society and introduces the real and complicated social professions in higher education teaching.In this way,students are deeply immersed in the role of pre-profession and the guidance of teachers,they can realize their role adaptation from a college students to a professional person."The fourth classroom"is a beneficial attempt and exploration to deepen the reform of higher education teaching and to train the talents with applied and innovative abilities.
