摘 要:本试验旨在研究饲粮营养水平对中速型黄羽肉鸡生长性能、胴体品质、肉品质、风味和血浆生化指标的影响。选用1、29、57日龄中速型岭南黄羽肉鸡各1 920、1 920和1 440只(公母各1/2),试验分为3个阶段,每个阶段根据本课题组提出的黄羽肉鸡饲养标准上下浮动分别设置低营养水平组、中营养水平组和高营养水平组及以我国《鸡饲养标准》(NY/T 33—2004)为标准的标准营养水平组。每组公鸡6个重复,母鸡6个重复,每个重复30~40只鸡。试验期84 d。结果表明:1) 1~28日龄,公鸡方面,高营养水平组的平均日增重显著高于低营养水平组和中营养水平组(P<0.05),高营养水平组和标准营养水平组的平均日采食量显著高于低营养水平组和中营养水平组(P<0.05),低营养水平组的料重比显著高于其他营养水平组(P<0.05);母鸡方面,低营养水平组的平均日增重显著低于其他营养水平组(P<0.05),标准营养水平组的平均日采食量显著高于低营养水平组(P<0.05),中营养水平组的料重比显著低于低营养水平组(P<0.05)。29~56日龄,公鸡方面,低营养水平组的料重比显著高于其他营养水平组(P <0.05);母鸡方面,低营养水平组的平均日增重显著低于其他营养水平组(P<0.05),中营养水平组和标准营养水平组的平均日采食量显著高于高营养水平组(P<0.05),低营养水平组的料重比显著高于高营养水平组和标准营养水平组(P<0.05)。57~84日龄,高营养水平组公鸡和母鸡的平均日增重均显著高于标准营养水平组(P<0.05),高营养水平组母鸡的料重比显著低于其他营养水平组(P<0.05)。2)标准营养水平组母鸡的腹脂率显著低于高营养水平组(P<0.05)。饲粮营养水平对公鸡和母鸡的屠体率、半净膛率、全净膛率、腿肌率、胸肌率、胫骨折断力均无显著影响(P>0.05)。3)高营养水平组公鸡的45 min肉色黄度值显著高于低营养水平组和标�This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary nutrient level on growth performance,carcass quality,meat quality,flavor and plasma biochemical parameters of medium-growing yellow-feathered broilers.A total of 1 920,1 920 and 1 440 medium-growing Lingnan yellow-feathered broilers at 1,29 and 57 days of age were selected,respectively.The experiment divided into 3 stages,at each stage,the low nutrient level group,medium nutrient level group and high nutrient level group were set up according to our research group standard up or down for yellow-feathered broilers,and the standard nutrient group was set up according to standard of Standard of Chicken Feeding(NY/T 33-2004).There were 6 replicates of male broilers in each group and 6 replicates of female broilers in each group,each replicate had 30 to 40 broilers.The experiment lasted for 84 days.The results showed as follows:1)during 1 to 28 days of age,for male broilers,the average daily gain(ADG)of high nutrient level group was significantly higher than that of low nutrient level group and medium nutrient level group(P<0.05),the average daily feed intake(ADFI)of high nutrient level group and standard nutrient level group was significantly higher than that of low nutrient level group and medium nutrient level group(P<0.05),and the feed to gain ratio(F/G)of low nutrient level group was significantly higher than that of other nutrient level groups(P<0.05);for female broilers,the ADG of low nutrient level group was significantly lower than that of other nutrient level groups(P<0.05),the ADFI of standard nutrient level group was significantly higher than that of low nutrient level group(P<0.05),the F/G of medium nutrient level group was significantly lower than that of low nutrient level group(P<0.05).During 29 to 56 days of age,for male broilers,the F/G of low nutrient level group was significantly higher than that of other nutrient level groups(P<0.05);for female broilers,the ADG of low nutrient level group was significantly lower than that of other
